DIY – Do’s and Don’ts
We all love to improve our homes so here are some guidelines to keep the block as well as it’s residents happy.
Times
DIY is only permitted during these hours for the peace of the estate and your neighbours :
Weekdays : 9am – 6pm
Saturdays : 9am – 1pm
Sundays : No work permitted

If you are planning a lot of noisy DIY, please let your immediate neighbours know so they can make alternative arrangements if working from home.
DIY+
If you are a leaseholder and are planning something more than a bit of DIY to your property please make sure you have consulted the Works on Flats page in the Leaseholder menu first. This is an old block so doing any structural or other extended work needs permission from a legal perspective and it’s always best to check even if you think it should be fine.
